2 years ago I was 300 pounds...
Seriously, 300 pounds.
I may not have looked it but I saw it every day.
The shame I felt was enormous, and my health was declining fast.
The final straw was when I had to do the walk of shame from a carnival ride because the Carni couldn't get the safety bar down past my gut.
Something had to change, and change fast.
Today I am down 80 pounds, and while I may not be at y ideal weight (yet) I am getting closer every day.
During this journey I have found what does and does not work for me. Everyone is different however so I have spent a great deal of time learning.
What is the best option? The safest? The cheapest? The hardest?
It is all pretty confusing but my goal is to make it simpler to understand and a breeze to follow.
Do you need help setting realistic goals? A plan to achieve your healthier you? Do you need to be held accountable?
